document evaluation
hi, I have applied for doc.eval.hope my university transcript may reach pebc in april. but as per pebc,the deadline date is april 4th for july 09 exam.so the documents should reach pebc before the deadline date. my understanding is right.can anyone clarify
Can I confirm with PEBC on April 1st that my docs.have reached or not.Then can I pay my fees before the deadline.Am I right
or
If I pay the fees for exam,is it possible to sit for the exam on Jan'10? even if i mention in the application that i will sit in july'09
I believe you should be able to contact the PEBC to ask them if they have received your documents. I think they would prefer that every candidate did not do this as it would generate a huge number of extra calls to them. If you are worried I would definitely call and ask, if they can not tell you then nothing is lost. Anytime I have called the PEBC they have been very helpful, just make sure to be clear about what you are asking them.
Again best to check with the PEBC, but I also believe if you miss the deadline for the Evaluating Exam due to delays in documentation they will carry your fee over for the next sitting of the exam.

I am planning to send my documents some time soon. However, it is stated in the pebc website that the date of issue of my transcripts should be within one month of the receipt of transcripts by pebc. However my documents issue date is on august 2010. Can I make an official translation of it and have my university send the original one and official translation directly to pebc? Will it be acceptable?
