Doubt with the documents required for evaluation
Hi everybody,
Firstly, I would like to say that the PharmacyIntern.ca have been very helpful to me, and I am grateful for the effort made by you to provide us this site with valuable information.
I am writing because I have some doubts with the documents for the "Document Evaluation Process". I am not sure what is the "Transcript" and I do not have clear how my University will send directly, to the PEBC, the transcript with the official translation (in my case), because I am pretty sure that my University does not do both things (Send the paper and the translation). So, I would like to know if some body had the same situation or anyone knows about it.
I know that I can call to the PEBC, but I will like to have some information about it before calling.
Thanks in advance
Mariana

Hi marydas,
A university transcript is a written record of the learning activities you undertook and the grades you achieved at university. You usually contact your university's student records/admin department and provide them with with the address to forward the transcript to and they should know what to do (university's do this all the time).
As for the translation, this does make it a little harder. The official advice is to contact the PEBC offices and they will tell you what to do in this case. I'm not sure, but maybe the university could send a copy directly to the PEBC and a copy to you. You could then get your copy officially translated and forward that to the PEBC? I know it can be hard reaching the PEBC when you live overseas but I would definitely advise you to contact them
Good luck,
Matthew
