Hi Mat,
Now I am studying pharmaceutical calculation in CPR, My question is conversion unit we have to know in exam for example about how many grains in 1 gram or they give it to us in exam. and stuff like that.

Calculation Units and Formulas

In the Evaluating Exam the PEBC generally provide you with formulas but not unit conversions. The formulas provided at the start of the paper can be found http://www.pebc.ca/EnglishPages/EEX/EEXFormulas.html. Some questions may provide you with unit conversions but there is no guarantee of this. As such I would say it is a good idea to learn the common pharmaceutical unit conversions.

I found a good conversion table at www.tostepharmd.net. Also check out the Pharmacy Calculations: Links section of the website.
