is qualifying exam only for IPGs or Canadian uni graduates also have to appear in it?

Qualifying Exam

Both IPGs and Canadian Grads have to take the PEBC Qualifying Exams. The PEBC Evaluating Exam is the only Exam that is exclusively for IPGs.
