I do not know the explicit details of how the OSCE is scored but here are some clues. The Qualifying exam Blueprint breaks down by percentage how much each subject area is worth in the qualifying exams. The following Sample Interactive (SP) Station Assessment Checklist and Scoring Document shows you the kind of document assessors use in an OSCE station in order to score the candidate.
After taking the OSCE exam I personally felt ok about the exam. I was unsure about my performance in a few stations but felt positive over all. After taking the Qualifying MCQ exam I felt like had certainly failed, though it turned out that was not the case. If you have been working in pharmacy for a while and you have good communication skills, backed up by good counselling and OTC knowledge you will most likely do well in the OSCE. Obviously this needs to be coupled with some relevant study of Canadian systems, drugs and standards. It's a good idea to get plenty of practice to prepare you for counselling in an exam situation. The OSCE though it tests you on what you do on a daily basis, is an experience far removed from reality.
Good Luck
