If you have a question please feel free to post in the forums, however, please read and carefully follow the following guidance.

This guidance helps keep the forums tidy and saves time by preventing duplicate posts (repeatedly asking the same question) and keeping posts organised in to topics so they can be easily found by other members.

1. Before you post your question please make sure a similar question has not already been posted. You can do this by browsing the forums or by entering key words from your question in the search box at the top of the page (hit enter to run search).


2. If your question has not been posted or a similar question has been posted but you still do not have the answers you need then feel free to post your question.


3. Before posting your question think about which forum category your question should belong in. To look through the available forum categories click on the forum navigation tab at the top of the screen. Once you find a suitable category click on that category and you will be taken to a listing of all topics that have been posted in that category.


4. Browse through the topics that have already been posted in your chosen category. If a topic has been posted that is very similar to your question then please add your question to that existing topic. You can do this by clicking on the topic title which will show the question posted under that topic and the replies to that question. Now simply hit the reply button and type in your question.


5. If your question has not been posted as a topic in your chosen category then click the new topic button at the top of the forum screen. Now enter your question.


6. Please make your questions as short and concise as possible. This will make them easier to read and make it more likely you will get a reply.


7. Please check the post before finally submitting it (Hit the preview button instead of submit). Try and correct any spelling mistakes and typos, and make sure the question makes sense.


8. Post your question ONLY ONCE i.e. Do not repeatedly post the same question in one topic or post the same question under different topics or categories. This can clog up the forums and make it hard to answer your questions. Duplicate posts maybe removed and your future posts may have to be approved before they are published.


9. It is not recommended that you post your e-mail addresses on the site as we can not guarantee that they will not then be harvested by external sources to send you spam e-mail (though we do our best to prevent this). If you do want to exchange e-mail addresses, sending your e-mail address in a private message is the best way.


10. Please do not post advertisements of any kind in the forum topics. These will be removed and you may be blocked from posting in the forums. If you wish to advertise on pharamcyintern please contact the site administrator..
