New Online Application Process for PEBC Qualifying Exam I & II
The PEBC now provide an online application service on their website for the PEBC Qualifying Exam Parts I 7 II (OSCE and MCQ). The new application page can be found at:
http://apply.pebc.ca/index.php/ci_id/1573/la_id/1.htm
Some important point to note about the new service:
- In order to use the online application, you will be required to pay the full examination fees by Visa or Mastercard only. Please note: if you already have money on account at PEBC, do not use the online application process. Please contact pebcinfo@pebc.ca for more information.
- As part of the online application, you will need to select which examinations you are applying for [i.e., Part I (MCQ) and/or Part II (OSCE)], as well as your preferred sessions and locations. Please note: the names entered on the online application must match the names on your supporting documentation and will be the names that appear on your PEBC registration certificate.
- Once you have completed all sections of the online form and paid the examination fees by Visa or Mastercard, you will need to complete the following steps to finish the application process:
- Print/review the instructions for completion of the application.
- Download and print your completed application form with checklist for Part I and/or Part II.
- Have your printed application form and identification documents properly witnessed according to instructions provided.
- Mail your completed application form, checklist and required documentation to:
The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada
717 Church Street
Toronto, ON M4W 2M4
This is a great step forward in making the application process easier and more accessible for PEBC candidates and we hope that this service will be extended to includ other exams at some point in the future.
