5. Under NO circumstances will the posting of actual PEBC exam material be tolerated. PEBC exam material (e.g. PEBC exam papers from previous years or exam takers recollections of such) is copyrighted material. The PEBC takes a dim view of those who reproduce their material in an effort to circumvent the purpose of their exams. The administration of this site will not be held responsible for the posting of such content and the consequences incurred by forum members as a result. You have been warned!

Spammers will be banned from the site and have their content removed.

12. Your membership to this site can be terminated at any point without notice if the admin deems it necessary.
13. Users may only register one user membership/account. If duplicate accounts are found for the same member, they will be subject to deletion (This is to reduce demand on system resources and to prevent spam content on the site).
